The Wild Cherry Tree Retreat

The Wild Cherry Tree Retreat is a three-bedroom cottage sleeping six, set in Hill Top near Ironbridge. Everything needed for a self-catering stay is provided: heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, so you arrive to a ready-made home. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, allowing you to cook properly or keep things simple depending on your mood. There's a smart TV with Netflix for quieter evenings, a dedicated study if work calls, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Across three bedrooms you'll find two double beds and a day bed that converts to two singles, with one bathroom upstairs. The ground floor living and dining space opens onto an enclosed garden with patio, seating areas and a firepit—a dog travels free and has room to roam safely. The garden does have steps and uneven ground. Parking is on road. No smoking indoors.

Ironbridge itself offers museums including Blists Hill's recreated Victorian village, the Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron, and Enginuity for rainy days. The Golden Ball Inn is nearby for a drink or meal. The River Severn runs through the area if you want to hire a canoe or kayak.
