Victoria Cottage
Telford and Wrekin
Victoria Cottage is a 19th-century terraced property in the heart of Ironbridge village. The building retains period character while offering practical modern comforts: ground-floor living and dining space with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped for self-catering, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms—a double and a single. One dog stays free, and there is an enclosed patio with garden furniture for outdoor time. The essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, as is Wi-Fi.
The location is the main draw. Ironbridge itself is a World Heritage site, and the world's first iron bridge is a short walk away. The village has pubs and restaurants within metres; the oldest, licensed since 1728, is practically next door. Shops are a quarter-mile off. Beyond the village, you are well positioned for exploring Shropshire and the wider region—Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Much Wenlock and Bridgnorth are all within reach by car, as are National Trust properties including Powis and Chirk castles. There is fishing nearby. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
