Outside, there is shared access to a lawned garden and patio with seating and a gas barbecue. The beach lies 500 yards away, a pub is within the same distance, and the town centre—with its restaurants, tea rooms and shops—is closer still. One well-behaved pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted inside. The property suits families or groups of four; a travel cot and highchair can be arranged if needed.
