Garden Rooms is a single-storey apartment on the Manston Green Industries site near Ramsgate, designed entirely on one level with level access throughout. Three bedrooms—two with kingsize beds and one with two singles—share a bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living space combines a sitting area, dining zone and kitchen in one bright room, with patio doors opening onto a private enclosed garden where you can sit and eat outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. The property comes with bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity included. One car can park on-site, and one well-behaved pet stays free. The beach is a short walk or drive away, and Ramsgate's restaurants and bars are within easy reach. No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out before 10:00.
