SeaScape is a restored Victorian property tucked beneath Ramsgate's cliff archways, steps from the beach. The building dates from an era when these arches were constructed as access routes from the seafront, part of the town's grand Victorian development. The whole cottage is yours alone, with direct access to sandy beach and the cliff-top walks above.

The ground floor contains an open-plan living and dining space with a 50-inch TV and Blu-ray player, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. There's a utility room with washing machine and a shower room. Upstairs, a double bedroom (4ft 6in bed) and a bathroom with bath and shower. Underfloor heating keeps you warm; wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The patio has garden furniture and Juliet balconies overlook the seafront. One dog stays free.

The location puts you within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Royal Harbour and town centre are a short stroll along the seafront. Note that the property has open spiral stairs. No smoking indoors.
