Vine Cottage is a three-bedroom property on the ground and lower ground floors of a mid-19th-century building in Broadstairs' conservation area. Four steps lead to the entrance. The lower ground floor contains a living room with Smart TV and patio doors to the garden, plus a kitchen/dining room with electric oven, hob and microwave. Upstairs are three bedrooms: two doubles (4ft 6in beds) and a single (3ft bed), along with a bathroom fitted with bath, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided.

The enclosed front garden has a terrace, seating area, garden furniture and BBQ, with space for one car. Note there are steps within the garden itself. The cottage sits two minutes' walk from Broadstairs High Street and five minutes from the seafront, with the beach itself roughly 300 yards away. The area offers sandy stretches and clifftop walks; the town centre has pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés. Margate and Dreamland are nearby, as is Sandwich with its medieval streets.
