The Barn

Three Rivers offers plenty of walking country, with woodland on the doorstep and local pubs within easy reach. The Barn sits in this setting as a recently refurbished conversion, its windows framing views across the trees. The whole place is yours alone, and one dog can stay at no extra cost.

Inside, the ground floor is open-plan: a living area with a Smart TV and comfortable seating, a dining space, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine all there. Upstairs is a single bedroom with two double beds (both 4ft 6in, positioned well apart in the same large room), and a walk-in shower room. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included. There's parking for one car on site.

The Barn suits couples or families with young children, and works well as a base for exploring local walks and cycling routes. No outdoor space comes with the property itself, but the dining area catches good light for morning coffee before heading out. After a day outdoors, you can either cook in, or walk to nearby pubs and restaurants. No smoking inside.
