Caravan and motorhome site on the outskirts of London with train access and pay-as-you-go electricity.

About Wyatts Covert Caravan and Motorhome Club Site

Wyatts Covert sits on the edge of the Colne Valley, within easy reach of central London by train from nearby Denham station. The setting is semi-rural, with green space around the site despite its proximity to the capital, making it a useful base for those wanting to explore the city without staying in it.

The site takes caravans and motorhomes on pitches with access to showers and toilets. Electricity is available on a pay-as-you-go basis rather than a fixed pitch fee, which suits those staying short-term or using power selectively. Facilities are maintained to a high standard. Staff are reported to be welcoming and attentive.

This works well for visitors using London for work or tourism, particularly those who want to avoid accommodation costs in central areas. The trade-off is that on-site fees can add up, especially for longer stays, and the location means you are still suburban rather than genuinely countryside-based.

What a lovely site. Ideally situated for London short ride on the train into Marylebone station. Lovely countryside with loads of walks and good for cycling along the Colne valley trail. Usual high standards of cleanliness you expect from the club sites. Very friendly welcome when we arrived. Would highly recommend. WILL be coming back.

Super friendly Staff. Facilities spotless. Great location for tripping into London. I ran down to the nearby canal (approx 2.5 km) and along it. Has a little shop with essentials. Would highly recommend Wyatt’s covert camping for a few days stopover.

Great site wardens, happy, helpful and dedicated to the small things. Clean facilities. Cycle to the canal easily and up or down good to do. Close to links to London. Electric meter is good, hope all caravan club sites move over to this system soon and save some members money! Caravan club sites are expensive, even for members. The daytime noise from the helicopter landing is a bit of a pain, but nights are quiet.
