7 Vista Apartments suits couples, small families or friends sharing. The two bedrooms—one double, one with bunk beds—sleep four, and there's one bathroom with bath and shower. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area flows onto a wraparound balcony with outdoor seating. The main draw is the view: the balcony faces south towards Goodrington Beach with sightlines across to Brixham, and you're elevated enough to see properly. Wifi is included, and there's allocated parking for one car (note that it's at the bottom of a steep driveway).

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer—enough to cook properly or keep things simple. The living area has a smart TV, and if you're interested in stargazing, there's a telescope. Bed linen and towels come with the rental. No smoking inside the property.

Goodrington itself has sports and leisure facilities on the beach, and Paignton town centre, pier, zoo and main beach are all within easy reach. This is straightforward seaside-break territory: family arcades, traditional amusements, coastal walks and animal attractions are the order of the day.
