The Cottage

Goodrington Sands is a short walk away, and the boating lakes sit right outside the development. Splashdown water park is minutes away by car, as is Paignton Zoo. The Cottage works well for a seaside break where you can easily get out to attractions but also have reason to stay put—there's a heated outdoor pool (open May to September), shared gardens, and a barbecue area on site.

The property spreads across three floors and sleeps six. Ground floor holds two single beds in one room and a double in another, plus a bathroom with both bath and shower. Upstairs is an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with doors onto a private terrace; the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and the other essentials for self-catering. On the top floor, a third bedroom with a double bed has its own en suite shower room. Wifi is included, and the property comes with bed linen and towels. There's parking for one car.

One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage is non-smoking throughout.
