Palm & Tide Retreat

Palm & Tide Retreat is a character Victorian property in Paignton, a seaside town on Torbay's coast. The house has been arranged as a self-contained holiday home with two bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed, and two bathrooms fitted with baths and heated towel rails. It sleeps four people and comes as your own private rental; essentials including Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge.

The ground floor centres on a living room with a smart TV and an electric fireplace, opening onto a patio through double doors. There is a separate dining room and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric cooker, American fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. The back garden has furniture and a barbecue; a private hot tub seats five. Six steps lead to the front entrance, and on-street parking is available. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Paignton itself sits on a long sandy beach, with the traditional pier and busy promenade close by. The zoo, Splashdown Quaywest water park, the Dartmouth Steam Railway, and various boat trips from the harbour are all within reach. Shops and restaurants line the town, and the coastal path offers walking routes along Tor Bay.
