Golf courses, fishing spots and stretches of coastline for walking and cycling all lie within reach of 74 Belgravia, making it a practical base for exploring Torquay and the wider Devon coast. Pubs, restaurants and other eateries are close by too, along with entertainment for evenings out, so there's little need to rely on a car once you've arrived - though free on-site parking is there if you do bring one.
The guest house itself is a modest set-up with seven rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and drinks provided. Free WiFi runs throughout, and there's a restaurant on-site along with breakfast each morning. Practical touches such as luggage storage and a laundry service make it a sensible choice for longer stays or for those breaking up a longer trip along the coast.
Pets are welcome, which is worth knowing if you're travelling with a dog and planning coastal walks nearby. Watersports and cycling routes are also within easy reach, giving guests plenty of ways to fill the days beyond the immediate stretch of Belgrave Road.

Great stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable. The hosts are great hosts and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had a dog friendly room for our fur baby. Had a delicious home cooked breakfast

We had a wonderful stay and felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home with their genuine warmth and hospitality. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to relax. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning—it was the perfect start to the day. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This is a good seaside B&B. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated with plenty if hot water. The wifi is excellent. There is a wide choice for breakfast. Cereals, yoghurt, a full cooked with a choice of how the eggs are cooked and even a vegan cooked if that is your thing. The location is excellent, 5 mins from the seafront and about 15 mins to the old harbour and town centre. It is a uphill walk back from the seafront. If arriving by train it is recommended to alight at Torre and walk downhill to Belgrave Rd and for the return journey to go to Torquay which is mainly downhill or flat. The last 200m are uphill.

This is my 2nd stay at 74 Belgravia on 28th-29th May Paula and Jeff were welcoming and remembered me from last time! Again exceptional amazing breakfast, room, location and air show was on Again had an amazing 2 days away in Torquay Thankyou so much Alison
