Lovely clean site with nice facilities.Nice bar and entertainment with reasonable prices. All bar staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Wifi advertised but not a complimentary service and you have to pay for it and was not always available. Unfortunately on the day of departure we were met with a new caravan arrival at 8.55 am on the steepest Hill down and they refused to move expecting us to reverse a 4 tonne motorhome back up said hill which was impractical. If check in times are 11am site should maintain the discipline to avoid the conflict we received. This created an awkward end to our nice stay.

Open pitches, wide and bright, Plenty of space to park up right. Easy to find and settle in, A simple stay with ease to begin. A bar and restaurant close on site, Good for a meal or a relaxed night. Though not much nearby to explore on foot, Best bring a car if adventure’s afoot. The bathrooms sparkle, clean and fresh, Clearly cared for, well-maintained to impress. Just a little update here and there, Would make them perfect beyond compare.

Second time here. Easy access to Torquay, Paignton, Cockington. Good pitches, only minor is the noise from the road.

Fantastic campsite with a bar and shop. Great staff very friendly. Location is just of the main bypass between Torquay and Paignton so easy excess to the bay and links to main roads to Exeter 30 mins and Plymouth.l 45 mins.
