Apartment 50 is fully self-contained across one floor, reached by lift. The two bedrooms sleep four: a king in the first with an ensuite bathroom, and two singles in the second with a separate shower room nearby. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. The open-plan living and dining space has patio doors onto a balcony with outdoor furniture, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer—everything needed for self-catering without restriction. A cot and highchair are available if required.

Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The property has its own underground parking space. No smoking inside. The location is the real draw: the sandy beach at Westward Ho! is reached in seconds, and the South West Coast Path and Northam Burrows are on the doorstep.
