East Titchberry Cottage

East Titchberry Cottage is a Grade II listed property near Bideford, with everything you need for a complete stay already in place. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The cottage comes furnished and equipped—the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer for cooking; the living room centres on a wood burner and Inglenook fireplace with a smart TV; and there is a walk-in shower room with a heated towel rail. Upstairs are two bedrooms with zip and link beds that can be configured as king or twin, plus a separate toilet on that floor.

The layout is traditional. Exposed beams and stone features run through the building, and the upstairs has a semi-spiral staircase with uneven steps—a stairgate is provided if needed. Downstairs, some floors are uneven too. Two bedrooms sleep four people; one pet stays free. Outside, you have private parking for two cars, a walled garden with patio seating, and an enclosed courtyard where pets and children can play safely. The property is on the north Devon coast; East Titchberry Car Park is nearby and Bideford's shops and seafront are reachable on foot.
