Fairways Retreat

Bone Hill sits close enough to the North Devon coast that Westward Ho! beach and the fishing village of Appledore are both within easy reach. Fairways Retreat is a detached house arranged over two floors, sleeping six across three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Downstairs holds a king bed and a double, plus a bathroom; upstairs has the main bedroom with an en-suite, a separate toilet, and an open-plan living and dining space with a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Wi-Fi and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden has a patio, decked area, lawn and space for a barbecue, with bike storage to hand. The front drive holds two cars. One pet stays free. The garden has an unfenced drop that guests should be aware of. Smoking is not permitted inside. This suits families or groups wanting a base near the beach and village amenities, with parking sorted and everything needed to cook for yourselves included.
