Lily Pond Cottages - Otters Cottage

Otters Cottage is one of several properties at Lily Pond Cottages, near Torrington in Devon. The area offers plenty to do within easy reach: the town itself has shops and pubs, while the North Devon coast—with beaches at Westward Ho! and Appledore—is a short drive away. Walking trails crisscross the countryside, and Rosemoor Garden, a major attraction with over 60 acres, lies nearby.

The cottage is split across two floors. Downstairs, a living room with smart TV opens onto a rear patio and gardens, where a large pond is a focal point; the dining area is also on this level. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) and a bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed, and a stairgate is fitted. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The enclosed grounds have patio furniture and a shared barbecue, plus a bike store and parking for two cars. No smoking inside.
