Magnolia Cottage

Torridge's coast draws families to its beaches and villages year-round. Magnolia Cottage sits within reach of Westward Ho!'s famous break and the riverside charm of Appledore, making it a base for both active holidays and quieter breaks. This detached house was completed in 2023 and comes as a whole property to yourselves, with private parking for two cars on site.

Inside there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The ground floor holds a bedroom with super king bed and ensuite shower, plus a sitting room with smart TV opening onto the garden through glass doors. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each have super king zip-and-link beds that can be split into singles if needed. The kitchen and dining area are fitted for cooking and eating properly—oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washing machine—with French doors to the patio. A separate toilet is on the ground floor.

The enclosed garden has a sitting area, barbecue and furniture. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside. The cottage sleeps six and is only one step to the entrance.
