Thornebrook

Thornebrook is a substantial three-storey beach house designed to prioritise sea views and shared living. Five double bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodate up to ten guests across the full property. The layout inverts the typical arrangement, placing main living areas on the first floor where they open onto a balcony facing the coast. A combined kitchen, dining and sitting area forms the social heart, with a dedicated workstation and gym tucked into the same level. Further entertainment comes from a cinema room with reclining seats and surround sound, and a games room equipped with pool, air hockey, table tennis and a games console.

The grounds include tiered patios for outdoor dining, a seven-seater hot tub positioned for post-beach relaxation, and secure off-road parking behind electric gates for up to five vehicles. Landscaped gardens and a firepit area complete the outdoor space. The beach and Holsworthy village centre lie roughly ten minutes' walk away, putting Westward Ho!'s sandy stretches, surf breaks and tidal pool within easy reach. Croyde and Saunton beaches are also accessible for a day out. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. No smoking throughout the property.
