After my wife accidentally booked Toy Story 5 for Sheffield instead of Newcastle under Lyme for my Father’s Day surprise with my three children. We turned up and were greeted by Stuart the manager! He told us the error that my wife had made but tried his very best to find us seats on that same day. To which there were none. He then insisted that he tried to find space on another day. One of my children was distraught and was crying her eyes out. To make her happy, Stuart gifted my children a snack box for when we returned. This not only made their day but it also didn’t ruin my Father’s Day surprise, instead it extended it! Stuart is obviously a lovely genuine person and has restored faith in humanity! If only everyone were as kind as Stuart the world would be a lovely place! I hope management see this and give Stuart a bonus or a promotion to head of customer engagement for the whole Vue Cinema Group!

One of the best cinemas in Stoke-On-Trent. I always try and choose VUE whenever I can. Really clean cinema & staff are really friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Seating is really comfortable, and having reclining seats makes it that extra special. Came to watch the new Scary Movie recently after work, so only purchased a drink, which was excellent value for money. Next time I’m aiming to try the food or pick n mix 😊

I visited the bowling centre in the morning and had a great time. It wasn't crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Although there wasn't much happening in the city centre, the bowling was a fun way to spend a few hours. I'd happily visit again and recommend it to others.
