Converted Stable No 3 is a single open-plan space where sleeping, living, dining and cooking all happen together. You enter at ground level to find a double bed, a sitting area with Freeview TV, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, and a separate shower room with a double rainfall shower. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included, and there's parking for two cars on site.

Outside, a small patio with seating faces out over fields. The stable conversion sits in countryside near the Suffolk border, close enough to the village of Finchingfield for a walk, and within reach of the market towns of Saffron Walden and Thaxted. Cambridge is thirty minutes by car; Newmarket racecourse forty. A pub lies within a mile. The property does not permit smoking.
