Had the best time!!! I came for a rest it’s perfect the landscape is stunning there is lovely wildlife around, eagles and hawks flying around! Surrounded by greenery for miles! The host is just lovely and has a really friendly black lab dog! The fact that there is no TV during the World Cup?? Made it soo much better Love this place highly recommended! Just what the doctor ordered!

We went away with my partner for a bank holiday and stayed 2 nights and it was absolutely phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place enough. The hot tub with view on the fields was an absolute gem and the wood-burner for colder night came in handy. We stayed at the Pheasants Flight Lodge and I can tell you that the photos do not do it justice at all. The lodge was quite spacious and super cosy. We used the BBQ with views of the sunset on the fields which was a treat. It was so relaxing and wholesome. I cannot recommend this place enough and we are already making plans to come back during the winter months to enjoy the peace and serenity of the place.

A truly amazing place to unwind in a totally relaxing atmosphere. Just got back from a 4 night honeymoon break and loved it so much we're going back for a weekend break in November. Nothing better than chilling in a hot tub and watching a family of deer walk past your cozy cabin first thing in the morning. The cabin was spotless with every you could possibly need for a break with a loved one, or even on your own. Rachel, our host was so welcoming and helpful, even offered us coats as we had forgotten ours, and supplied us with plenty of logs to keep our log burner going. If I could rate this higher than a 5 I would. Can't wait to go back for the peace, quite, and the hot tub.

As other reviewers have said, photos do not do the beauty of this place justice. We spent two nights in Pheasants Flight and it was beyond my hopes. Peace and quiet, stunning views, BBQ and hot tub set up and ready to go, really comfy bed, equipped kitchen (including fresh farm eggs), wood burner set up if you want it, all in your private bit of woodland: you couldn't ask for more for a total wind-down chill-out time. We had regular rain during our stay and it didn't spoil a thing. We still ate on the terrace and felt like we could be in the Mediterranean! Rachel leaves you to your peace and quiet but is easily contactable if you need her and couldn't have been more helpful to me as this was a secret getaway for my husband's big birthday and she helped me with my scheming! We'll definitely be back!
