Chase Lodge

Chase Lodge works well for couples, small families or friends wanting a self-contained base near Kenilworth. The single-storey layout means everything is on the ground floor, with a king bedroom that has its own ensuite, two further single bedrooms, and a second shower room. The open-plan living and dining space has patio doors onto a large garden with sitting-out furniture, and the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and all the rest. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included; there's parking for three cars on site.

The bungalow sits on a 460-acre working arable farm a mile or so outside Kenilworth town centre. The Millennium Way long-distance footpath runs within a hundred yards of the property. From here you can reach Kenilworth Castle and its Elizabethan gardens on foot, explore the town's independent shops and restaurants, or drive to Warwick Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa or Coventry. The farm itself has historical connections to the castle estate, and the countryside views across Warwickshire give it a genuine rural feel despite the proximity to amenities. No smoking inside.
