I organised a weekend away for 13 friends - 3 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and 1 family room. The B&B is lovely. Very conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions, pubs and restaurants in Warwick. Plenty of parking. Marco and his wife Jess are great hosts. A friendly welcome, efficient check-in and offered a helpful hand with our luggage. The full English breakfast was delicious. Best bacon ever! I'd definitely recommend this B&B

Nice family run place with parking onsite and breakfast included. The breakfast was tasty and filled me up for the day. Bruna was the Italian lady of the house who always made an effort to chat to us and make sure we were all good and had a nice story to tell. Made the place feel very welcome and family oriented which was nice as it was not like walking around on tip toes in another persons home but being part of it. Close to the town or Warwick and right next to the bust stop to go to Leminton Spa.

I'll give a fair review. It's clean, tidy and excellent value for money. It's handily placed for the town and the family that run it are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. If you're after plush fittings and luxury surroundings then it's not the place for you.

The hotel owner, Italian Mama, and her family were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and quiet, providing a safe and secure environment for two ladies. Its location was ideal, being close to the town centre and market.
