About Holiday Inn Leamington Spa
Warwick and Leamington Spa sit close together in Warwickshire, giving visitors easy access to the castle, spa town charm and the surrounding countryside. The Holiday Inn Leamington Spa is based on Olympus Avenue in Warwick, a straightforward modern base for exploring both towns without committing to either one exclusively.
The hotel has 91 rooms spread across three floors, including family rooms and accessible rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks available in the room. There's a restaurant and bar on site, a snack bar, kids' meals and breakfast service, plus room service for guests who'd rather stay put. A gym, garden and outdoor seating add to the practical extras, and business travellers get meeting rooms alongside general business services.
Free on-site parking and an electric vehicle charge point make arriving by car simple, and pets are welcome for those travelling with animals. Beyond the hotel there's a golf course, entertainment, and a choice of pubs and restaurants nearby, with Warwick Castle and Leamington Spa both within easy reach for a day out.
Guests consistently highlight the friendly staff and the excellent breakfast buffet.
Other reviews mention the rooms can be poorly maintained and the service can be inefficient.
