About The Warwick Arms Hotel
The Warwick Arms Hotel has stood on Warwick's High Street since 1717, when it served as a coaching inn for travellers on the road between London and the Midlands. Today it operates as a forty-room hotel under the Coaching Inn Group, retaining much of its historic street frontage while updating the rooms behind it with modern décor and wooden furnishings.
Rooms run from standard doubles and twins through to superior family and executive rooms, each with an en suite bathroom, flat-screen television and free Wi-Fi, and the hotel's own bar and restaurant on the ground floor serve as a comfortable spot for an evening meal without leaving the building. The position on the High Street puts Warwick Castle, Lord Leycester Hospital and St Mary's Church all within a few minutes' walk.
Being in the heart of the town centre means some traffic noise on the High Street side, but for visitors who want to step out of the front door directly into Warwick's historic core, few other hotels in the town match the Warwick Arms for location, and its long history as a coaching inn gives the building a character that newer hotels cannot easily replicate.

What guests say
Great location, close to the castle and shops. The room was beautifully furnished, very clean and comfortable, modern bathroom with gorgeous toiletries. A few minor tweaks would have made it even better, e.g. a blind in the bathroom or a way to block the light from the window above the bathroom door. Better light blocking around the top and sides of the windows is needed. A fan in each of the bedroom areas would be good as they were stifling hot. These are minor points. What let the hotel down for us was breakfast. The first morning we had to wait 50 minutes to get our cooked breakfast and the buffet was practically empty. Another guest was told by the staff that they were too busy to replenish it and it was never replenished while we were there. The next morning the service was better, more friendly, efficient and prompt, but they had apparently run out of some items (e.g. yoghurt, vegi sausages) due to a delivery problem. I wish we had not paid for breakfast as it was a waste of money and left us feeling very disappointed. We paid about £350 for two nights in a superior family room. I would consider staying there again, for the comfortable rooms and the convenient location, but not at that price.

Had an excellent 2 night stay with a large family group. The restaurant and housekeeping team looked after us SO well, especially including one family member who has allergies, who they made feel special rather than awkward. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, excellent food and location perfect for us - 2mins from the castle and among the small shops of Warwick. Also plenty of comfortable lounges and areas to sit on the ground floor.

We booked two rooms for a family getaway, this hotel is excellent. The welcome was warm and relaxed, the rooms are beautifully appointed, everything is spotlessly clean, the facilities are very good. We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The food is good. The location in the middle of Warwick makes strolling the streets, attending the markets, and generally enjoying this lovely market town really easy. A special thanks to Dylan for his attentive and kind service. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Perfect from a professional and friendly and efficient check in, to a lovely breakfast which was plentiful, great service and no agonising normal breakfast waiting times. The refurb is of great taste, in keeping with the building with a homely feel. Good water pressure from the shower and everything you need in the room. The pillows were a bit firm for my taste, the bed was on the firmer side, so no bad back for me in the morning. In my opinion this hotel on last nights stay in that room, they definitely could have charged more, and we would have happily paid it. Thank you all.
