Little Saxby is a ground-floor annex attached to the owner's home, accessed via its own entrance and offering complete privacy for two guests. A king-size bedroom with views across rooftops and countryside, a shower room, living room and equipped kitchen make up the layout. The kitchen has an electric cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, opening into the living area where you can settle in after a day out. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are all provided.

Outside, a patio to the rear has seating for the afternoon sun, and a small gravelled area at the front with a bench. There's parking for one car on site. A mile away you'll find a pub; Crowborough Beacon golf club is just 0.4 miles, and Ashdown Forest's riding centre around 15 minutes' drive. Scotney Castle and various gardens and parks are within 35 minutes, while Brighton and Eastbourne coast are roughly an hour away. No smoking inside the property.
