Poundgate Park House is an eight-bedroom property in Crowborough that can accommodate up to 16 people. The whole house is yours alone, with parking for six cars on site and grounds including a garden, patio and barbecue. One pet stays free of charge. The property is set up to handle large gatherings: essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are all included, along with a washing machine, tumble dryer and full kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, electric range and microwave.
The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining area leads to a kitchen and utility room, with a sun room containing a kingsize sofa bed and a separate games room fitted out with books, games, a television and PlayStation 4. The ground floor also has one bedroom with a kingsize bed and its own toilet. Upstairs holds the remaining seven bedrooms: two kingsize doubles (one with a balcony and ensuite wet room, one with a separate toilet), two doubles at 4ft 6in, and three rooms with pairs of single beds. A main bathroom with both bath and shower serves the upper floor. A cot and highchair are available for younger visitors.
The Crow And Gate pub is within walking distance. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my parents' 80th birthday. The house accommodated the whole family. We immediately felt at home in this well equipped comfortable house. The children enjoyed building dens in the garden while the adults relaxed in the scenic garden. I would definitely recommend a stay

This place is beautiful from the views to the house! Didn't get all the rooms. They have a TV room, sun room, large kitchen common areas and wifi is good.

Our second year of booking and it was as great as the first time. House has everything you need and is definitely big enough for a party of 16. Lovely walks and a really nice pub opposite. Beautiful grounds too - would definitely recommend.

Fabulous location, the view is spectacular. The house has a used feel to it, which meant we felt relaxed to feel at home and settle in for a wonderful weekend. Perfect for a day visit to the seaside for a swim and back in time for a BBQ, There are some wonderful outdoor seating areas, with little fairy lights at the end of the garden too. Felt like a fabulous location for all seasons as there were snug rooms for quiet escape from the main group. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the perfect place for my 50th Birthday weekend away.
