South Barn is a detached conversion three miles from Dartmoor National Park and the Tarka Trail. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite shower, a double, and a single with pull-out bed. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with both bath and shower, one downstairs with shower. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included.
The ground floor holds two separate living spaces, each with a Smart TV, plus a kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and dining area under skylights. A utility room has washer and dryer. Outside, an enclosed patio comes with garden furniture and a barbecue. One dog stays free; the property is in sheep country so pets must remain on lead. Parking for six cars on site. Arrival is after 16:00, departure before 09:30. Travel cots and highchairs can be requested.
