Pondmead

You arrive at Pondmead and walk straight into a ground-floor living and dining space with beamed ceilings and a wood burner. The kitchen opens off to one side, fitted with electric and Rayburn cooking, dishwasher and fridge; the breakfast table sits in the same room so the whole group can gather there. A utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a study with games and books, and a shower room completes this level. Upstairs are four bedrooms: a king with an ensuite, two further kings, and two rooms with single beds. A family bathroom has both bath and shower.

The property stands on a working farm in rural West Devon, with rolling countryside around it and Dartmoor visible in the distance. Eight people sleep here comfortably with three bathrooms between them. Essentials like heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. One well-behaved pet stays free.
