Lower Tower Hill Farm is a 1684 farmhouse that has undergone extensive renovation, marrying original features like exposed brickwork and timber beams with modern conveniences. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping 8 across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite, and two bathrooms include roll-top baths. Underfloor heating runs through the house, supplemented by a wood-burning stove in the living room, and an air-source heat pump provides the primary heating system. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; there is initial fuel for the woodburner, with more available locally.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine—and opens via bi-fold doors to the garden. A separate utility room has a washer-dryer. The games room contains a PlayStation and other games, while a smart TV is in the living and dining space. Outside, the back garden includes a private hot tub for eight, a sauna and an ice bath. There is a sitting-out area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue, bike storage and parking for four cars. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The property does not permit smoking. The nearest landmark is RAW & OUTDOOR Chorley.
