Wigan sits within reach of much of the North West. This semi-detached house from the 1930s gives you the whole place to yourself, with three bedrooms—two doubles and a single—and a shower room on the first floor. Downstairs there is a living room with a television and DVD player, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking. The enclosed garden and patio are yours to use, and there is parking for up to five cars on site.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. The kitchen has a washing machine and freezer in an external utility, and a travel cot is available if needed. One pet stays free. No smoking is permitted indoors. The house sits less than two miles from junction 27 of the M6, which opens up the region: Blackpool is roughly 40 minutes' drive, Liverpool and Manchester about 45 minutes, and the Lake District just over an hour. Wigan itself has pubs, restaurants and shops, with a railway station for connections further afield.
