Bampton sits on the edge of the Cotswolds, a village of stone buildings and quiet lanes where a pub is within walking distance. The Barn is a converted 17th-century structure that retains its character—exposed beams, stone walls, a woodburner—while offering the essentials for a comfortable stay. The property is yours alone, with private parking for two cars and a small courtyard garden where you can sit outside or use the barbecue and firepit.
Internally, the layout is split across different levels. The lower ground floor holds the living room with a wood stove and Smart TV. One level up is the kitchen and dining room, equipped for cooking, with a separate shower room nearby. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a kingsize with an en-suite bathroom, and a galleried twin bedroom accessed through the first. A study area sits on the first floor too. Throughout, you have heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi included. The kitchen is well-stocked with what you need to prepare meals, and there's a washing machine plus external tumble dryer. No smoking in the property.
The setup works for couples, friends travelling together, or families. The bedrooms are distinct enough that people don't feel on top of each other. From here you're positioned to explore the Cotswolds countryside or make use of the village pub close by.
