Tucked into a grass meadow ringed by mature plum trees and hedgerows, Your Cotswold Adventure offers pitches with genuine Cotswolds National Landscape charm – the farm walk and wild camping area command gorgeous views over the Evenlode River valley and surrounding hills. Despite the rural seclusion, Ascott-under-Wychwood is only a mile away and Shipton-under-Wychwood under two, together offering four pubs, shops and cafés. Several excellent bakeries and farm shops dot the area (including Diddly Squat, ten minutes' drive), so you're well-placed for treats to enjoy at the lovely mown picnic spot beside the pitches.
Facilities include a well-equipped toilet block with step-free access and wheelchair-accessible showers, plus renewable energy and recycling. Pitch options range from electric hardstanding and grass to secluded wild camping spots (no pets on the latter). Days out might take in walks along the Oxfordshire Way and Wychwood Way, visits to Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water or Chipping Norton, or family trips to Cotswold Wildlife Park and Cotswold Farm Park – several bus services and local train stations make car-free exploration feasible.

We only stopped one night in the motorhome as perfect place to stay half way between Clarksons pub, The Farmers Dog and Diddly Squat farm shop. Beautiful site. Very clean and quiet. 7 pitches for campers/ motorhomes with electric. Toilet and shower block very clean. Lovely hosts. Would definitely recommend!.

To moan about this campsite would be like moaning about the tea youve heated up in the microwave being a little too cool. Myself and a friend have stayed here every year for the past 4, since before the toilet block was there. Really lovely owners xx

Beautiful campsite, so quiet and peaceful. Stunning surroundings and super close to Shipton-under-Wychwood, plenty of other picturesque villages nearby too with great pubs!

We stayed for the wild camp experience, it was positively unexpected we had our own pitch a short walk away from everything which gave a true wild camping experience. The facilities there are one of the best a campsite could offer. We would definitely stay again. The only minor thing is you couldn't use fire pits but given the location in the centre of a field surrounded by flammable tall grass & wildlife this is totally understandable. The owner was very friendly & helpful. Great experience!
