Hoopers End

Hoopers End is a three-storey barn conversion in Sedgwick, a small hamlet south of Kendal. The property sleeps nine across four bedrooms—a kingsize and single on the top floor with its own shower room, a kingsize on the first floor, a double also on the first floor with a TV, and two singles downstairs. There are two bathrooms in total, plus a ground-floor toilet. A two-step entrance leads into the living and dining space, where a wood-burning stove and Smart TV face out towards the garden through French doors.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and the basics. Downstairs also has a utility room with a washer-dryer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The front garden has a patio, barbecue and seating; there are steps down into it, and more steps lead further into the grounds beyond. You get parking for two cars on site, with additional spaces nearby on the road. No smoking inside the property.
