Kiln Green Farmhouse

Kiln Green Farmhouse comes ready to use. The kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics for cooking from scratch. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, along with an initial supply of fuel for the open fire. There is parking on site and a pub within a mile.

The house sleeps seven across three bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a double and single, and one with two singles. Two bathrooms serve the property—one on the ground floor with a shower, one upstairs with a bath and shower. The living and dining room has a woodburner, Freeview television and a DVD player. Outside, a large garden with terrace and furniture overlooks 33 acres of riverside pasture where fly fishing is available (a river licence is required).

Milnthorpe sits on the edge of the Lake District, with Windermere about ten miles away. Local walks run along the river Bela, and the Yorkshire Dales are a twenty-minute drive. The property does not permit smoking.
