About Crooklands Hotel
Crooklands sits between the fells of the Lake District and the open country of the Yorkshire Dales, and Crooklands Hotel makes the most of that position, giving travellers a comfortable base for exploring both without committing to either. The village itself is quiet, with walking routes and fishing nearby, and a pub and restaurant close at hand for those who fancy a change of scene.
Rooms are en-suite, with family options available, and each comes with drinks and the option of room service. Guests get free WiFi throughout, and packed lunches can be arranged for a day out on the fells or dales. Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar serving food and drink, an outdoor seating area for warmer days, and breakfast included to set you up for the day.
The hotel also has a lift, meeting rooms and business facilities, making it as workable for a work trip as for a weekend away, and free on-site parking removes one of the usual headaches of a rural stay. It's a straightforward, well-equipped place to rest between days spent walking or driving through some of Cumbria's best scenery.
