Paddy’s Cottage

Flookburgh sits on the southern edge of the Cartmel Peninsula, a fishing village where coastal paths, countryside walks and local shops sit within easy reach. Paddy's Cottage is a stone-built property spread across three floors, offering a real home to yourself rather than a serviced space. Downstairs you'll find a living room with a woodburner and smart TV, plus a kitchen/dining room with electric cooking, a dishwasher and all the basics for self-catering. The first-floor bedroom has two single beds (convertible to a superking on request) alongside a bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs, a second bedroom with a kingsize bed provides quieter sleeping quarters.

The cottage sleeps four and allows one small dog to stay at no extra charge. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside, a rear courtyard with garden furniture and a bike store sit ready for use. A pub is within a mile, and the village itself has a convenience store, post office, pharmacy and fish and chip shop. The cottage does not permit smoking. Arrive after 15:00 and depart before 10:00.
