It is a wonderful place to chill and relax. We have been assured that providing your caravan is maintained, kept clean and respectable the age of the caravan does not matter. The managers Mark & Karen are very professional and friendly,

A lovely , beautifully kept , static caravan park. Close to Flookburgh village which has an excellent array of necessary shops. Pharmacy, Fish and Chip, Pub, Convience store, being just some of them. Approximately 9 mins out of Grange over Sands by car. The site managers Karen and Mark are lovely people who are helpful and very kind. Altogether a really nice site.

Beware if you have a Van over 10 years old the Owner can throw you off at the end of your current site agreement without any real notice. This happened to my parents after the Owner of the Park promised them he would not be cancelling thier site agreement and they could stay for another year (they have been excellent van owners for years since we moved the van here from Wales). 2 days after this promise was given the owner didn't call himself to say he had changed his mind, despite initially giving the assurance himself, and sent site manager to drop the news on my parents that they had to be gone by end of term (within approximately a week) and because they couldn't afford to move the van he took that too "Claiming" because they were good people over the years he wouldn't charge them to "Dispose of" thier Pride and joy (the static caravan). Safe to say my parents lost everything (my father had recently put a lot of effort into altering the inside of the van for my mother to allow her use use it better with her ailments) and they were devastated by this as this was my mother's only enjoyment and her friends are on the site. (this was our experience with the site and I am not saying it will happen to anyone else but I am a fair and honest reviewer so I have updated my review. Up until this point we were happy hence my previous star rating so I will let people make thier own minds up but please be aware that after your van is 10 years old this can happen on ANY Site) Previous Review before this incident (5*) (I will leave this here because up until this point the site was nice just pity about how unregulated the industry is and how this can happen without any legal comeback): Very nice quite mid sized Static Caravan site, just had a recent change in site managers (not owner) and they are managing the park well. The grass is mowed and the grounds tended and if you need them there is an intercom on the site office. Come have a look and you'll see it is better than the noisy bigger parks and is situated in gorgeous surrounding.
