Kings Cottage North is a single-storey cottage with exposed beams and flagstone floors, arranged over two levels. Downstairs is an open-plan living and dining space with a wood burner at its heart, plus a kitchen equipped for self-catering—electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine all provided. Upstairs is the bedroom with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail.

The cottage comes with Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, and sits on a private plot with parking for two cars. Outside is a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. The setting is Broad Chalke, a village in Wiltshire's Chalke Valley with footpaths and cycle routes through surrounding countryside; the 14th-century All Saints Church and the Queen's Head pub are in the village itself. One dog stays free.

No smoking is permitted. The cottage suits couples seeking a rural base with proper facilities and space to themselves. Arrive after 4pm, depart by 10am.
