What visitors say
Took some kids swimming for a camp activity. There was plenty of availability. It's easier to buy tickets on the day than navigate the website which is really tricky. You have to sign up as a member (no cost) yo be able to purchase tickets which is a faff. Other than that the pool is fun with a slide and a small area of little ones. The main pool has various activities theough the day and there is also a diving area.

The website & app are absolutely ridiculous. So user unfriendly that it’s incredible to see in these days of modern tech etc. Never managed to actually book anything. Results in turning up and hoping there’s a space available. Wonder how many potential customers are lost at the website / app stage. No issues with the center otherwise. Hence not 1 star review.

Having visited ‘The Triangle’ Leisure Centre in Burgess Hill for swimming with my daughter… I realised how poor ‘Splashpoint’ Leisure Centre in Worthing is for many reasons… in comparison: the booking App is awful, and not very user friendly- the UX is very utilitarian and dated; The changing rooms are not kept as clean as they should be (at Splashpoint); parking is limited and if you’re lucky to get a space, it’s only free for 2 hours (The Triangle is free unlimited); the leisure pool and kids area in The Triangle is on another level in terms of more stuff to interact with (many water jets, slides, flumes, lazy river, interesting features etc) and have plenty of swimming space; lockers in Splashpoint steal £0.10 every time you use them (stealth tax) - The Triangle take £1’s and return them; cost… 1 adult and 1 child is £8.35 in The Triangle… Splashpoint is an EXTORTIONATE £15.30! Daylight robbery. I appreciate space is potentially limited in Worthing, meaning The Triangle can offer SO much more for their customers… however, I do hope Splashpoint management start to think about value for money and about the overall consumer experience… service is always mixed, sometimes things are running- other times it’s not with zero comms; Many lockers are broken; the place gets dirty quickly and not maintained well. Please address the cost - it’s insanely overpriced for what is offered.

Went upon recommendation from a friend. £21.20 for 1 adult and 2 kids was a total waste of money. The booking system is not quick and easy but asks for too much personal information. Most of lockers/bracelets were broken and you need £0.10 coin for it. Hugely overcrowded on July 12th with too many children on inflatables and a 20 ppl+ per diving board. The diving boards made a huge impact noise to the point where one would question their durability. Many tiles were cracked and benches were filthy, with hair/plasters/empty plastic bottles/sand/dirt on them. Toilet floors were covered in wet toilet paper, blood and worse and no one bothered to clean up. Same for changing cubicles. Then, 40’ into the 1h slot session a whistle signalled for everyone to vacate the pool after faeces were floating on surface. My son said he just wanted to get out and to never come back again. The 1m & 3m diving board receive 1*, rest was well below any standard. I hope Health Authority will close them down soon. I’m absolutely shocked how a relatively new place can be run down by bad management in 13 years.

Other reviews mention the online booking system can be difficult to use and the facilities can be poorly maintained.
