Ocean Properties - The Beach House

The beach is steps away from this detached house on Worthing's seafront. The 700 Coastliner bus runs directly outside if you'd rather not drive, making it simple to reach Shoreham, Brighton and the South Downs. Worthing Pier is visible from the property, and swimming, paddleboarding and beach walks are immediate options.

The Beach House spreads across three floors with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Ground floor has two bedrooms (one a family room with an extra single), a shower room, and a kitchen with two dishwashers and a wine cooler. The first floor is open-plan living with a third kitchen, two more bedrooms (one ensuite with shower, one a family room with single bed), and a study. The second floor holds the fifth bedroom with an ensuite bathroom offering both bath and double shower. All bedrooms have king-size beds and smart TVs. A wrap-around garden at front and back has seating, a putting green and a five-person hot tub. There's a garden room with additional appliances and parking for five cars.

Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog is welcome. The house does not permit smoking.
