Ocean View is a five-bedroom house on Worthing's seafront, sleeping up to nine people across three bathrooms. The layout spreads across two floors: downstairs has a living room with smart TV, dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, along with two bedrooms (one with its own shower room); upstairs contains three further bedrooms, a family bathroom with bath and shower, and a hot tub for private hire. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, and there is private parking for six cars.

The garden faces the sea directly and has a sitting area with furniture and a brick-built barbecue. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger children. The house sits a few minutes from the beach on foot, with Brooklands Park nearby—which has a lake-side walk, playgrounds, outdoor gym equipment and a sandpit. Cafés, bars and restaurants line the seafront and are walkable from the property. A bus stop outside the house offers regular services into Worthing town centre, Shoreham, Lancing and Brighton. The property does not permit smoking.
