Round The Twist Wrexham

As a mum, all you really want on your child’s birthday is to see them happy, and the build a bear party at round the twist honestly gave my daughter the biggest smiles all day. It’s the best party she’s had yet. Watching the children light up while making their own bears was so special – they were completely absorbed in choosing the outfits and hearts they place inside, stuffing, and creating their little bears to take home. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were so attentive, patient, and really hands on with the children, making sure everyone felt included and had a lovely time. It felt really relaxed and welcoming, which made the whole experience enjoyable for us parents too. What I also loved was that it brought everyone together, even the adults could get involved and share the moment with the kids. Alongside making their bears, the children also had party games and time in the soft play, which kept the excitement going the whole time. While it is a special treat, seeing the joy on all the children’s faces and knowing they each went home with a little bear and a memory of the day made it truly worthwhile. My daughter absolutely loved every moment, and that meant everything to me. I can't thank the staff enough ❤

Every time we have been it’s always been clean and staff have been lovely. But today we come to “breakfast with Santa” and it was fantastic and really reasonably priced the breakfast was unlimited and great choice. And all the staff went above and beyond with games and toys for the children! We absolutely loved it!

Been twice this week with our two year old Granddaughter and she loved it. Has a breakfast butty the first time which was lovely, just had a tea & coffee yesterday. Really good prices and I’m very surprised at some of the negative reviews. If you expect Haute Cuisine and untouched, perfectly clean areas then you need to be looking at the higher end of the market 😉. Keep up the good work girls, it’s a great little service you provide.

Booked a birthday party for 10 kids (7yr olds) on a Saturday 11am-1pm. Staff were really good throughout booking process and even made tuna sandwiches especially for my daughter as she said they were her favourite when asked at booking. We had the cold party food option which went down well with the children. On arrival, we dropped off the cake and candles at the reception desk and then we were straight through to a reserved large table near the party room which had jugs of juice and cups ready. We also asked for a water jug and this was quickly provided, the staff were very attentive. The party room was well organised with party hats, tooters and balloons; the food laid out and covered. The staff member who managed this element was lovely with the kids and they really enjoyed the dancing and party games. The kids enjoyed the soft play and football area, it was fairly quiet so they mostly had it to themselves until closer to midday when another kids party arrived but even then there was plenty of room for all. On leaving we were provided with pre-filled party bags including a balloon and slime pot, plus a slice of cake we provided cut up. Thank you Round the Twist for making the party so easy, we had a great time!
