Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, along with wifi. A utility room houses a washer and dryer. The property sits within reach of Bell's Farm Shop across the lane if you want to pick up local supplies. The access is via a rough track, and there's a small fishing pond in the garden to be aware of. No smoking indoors. You can park up to four cars on the property and there's secure bike storage.
