A detached farmhouse in rural Worcestershire with five bedrooms and space for ten guests, Renchers Farmhouse sits on grounds that include a lawned garden, sitting-out area and a year-round BBQ hut with seating for the full party. The owners live next door. Ground floor has a living room with a 55-inch TV, a separate games room, a kitchen with electric cooking and a dishwasher, a utility room with a washer-dryer, and a dining area. Upstairs are five double bedrooms; three can be configured as twins instead. Two of these rooms have ensuite showers, and a third bathroom with a spa bath and cubicle shower serves the rest. A seating area on the landing has a TV and sofas.

Essentials including wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered. Travel cots, highchairs and a stairgate are available if needed. Parking for four cars is on site, and there is bike storage. One pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking. Kidderminster and the Severn Valley Railway are within reach for days out.
