Kays works well for couples or small families after a straightforward seaside break. The apartment sits on the first floor with two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed and the other containing a single and a pull-out single—plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything is on one level, which suits guests who prefer not to manage stairs with luggage or children.

The open-plan living space has a 50-inch smart TV and dining area; the kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals rather than just heat things up, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels, heating and wi-fi are included. On-road parking is available outside. The beach sits just across the road, roughly 150 yards away, and a pub stands about the same distance in the other direction. A restaurant and shops are even closer. A tram stop a few minutes' walk away connects to both Blackpool and Fleetwood if you want a day elsewhere, though many guests find having a car unnecessary. No smoking inside.
