Rossall Beach Cottage comes ready for immediate use. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can cook properly or do laundry without thinking about it. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included. There's parking for one car on site, plus bike storage and an enclosed garden with seating.

The single-storey layout keeps everything on one level: a living room with television and DVD player, separate dining room, and a second living room with a sofa bed. Two bedrooms sleep four—one with a double bed, one with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it and grab rail, plus an ensuite toilet. One well-behaved dog stays free, and a travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

You're 500 yards from Rossall Beach Promenade and walking distance to the tram stop for Blackpool and Fleetwood. Thornton-Cleveleys is under a mile away. Fleetwood's Marine Hall and Freeport shopping are two miles off. Blackpool's attractions lie five miles south. The property does not permit smoking.
