Jungle Kingdom Swindon

If I could give this place a 0 star review I honestly would. The mascots were really dismissive and did not help me when I was trying to find the toilet. My son enjoyed the soft play area but kept coming back to me saying that the animals were chasing him and not in a fun way. I tried to get my son a drink and myself a coffee however my son's squash was heavily diluted and not the flavour we asked for. On the other hand, my already overpriced latte had some rude inappropriate art on it which I did not appreciate. To think I drove a good 25 minutes so that my son could have some fun is so absurd considering the limited parking spaces available. I will be sending my children to Jolly Rodgers next time without a doubt - great service and quality without a hefty price tag.

Jungle Kingdom Indoor Play in Swindon is actually a decent spot for kids. The place is a good size and there’s enough in there to keep them busy for a while. My nephew had a great time running around and burning off energy, which is the main thing with these soft play places. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to, no issues there and they seemed helpful whenever parents needed something. The biggest let down is the food. Ordered tomato pasta for my nephew and it was honestly terrible. No flavour at all, tasted like plain pasta with a bit of red colour on it. He took one bite and spat it straight out which says everything really. It’s even more annoying because they don’t let you bring your own food in, so you’re kind of stuck buying theirs even though it’s not great. If they sorted the food out the place would be much better. Car park is alright but the layout is a bit awkward and tight, especially when it gets busy, so you have to take your time getting in and out. Overall it’s a solid place for kids to play and burn energy, staff are friendly, but the food seriously needs improving because right now it’s the weakest part of the whole place.

We loved our visit to Jungle Kingdom. Only used the under 5yo area, as opposed to the older children one, and can say it was very clean and there were plenty of things for baby to do. He's still not very mobile but he loved the sensory section under the bridge, with the colorful lights and mirrors. There were also plenty of soft cubes and logs for baby to use to stand and climb. The upper area with some wall puzzles was also good fun and again clean and dust free. Slides are the only non-soft item in the enclosure, with everything else bump-proof. The cafe and dining area was very spacious and you get assigned a table upon arrival which is great. We ordered a pizza, which was decent, and a coffee (that was the highlight of mummy's day!). Only slight inconvenience is the bathroom space,which is quite tiny, but can't complain too much, really. It would be useful to have a hook near the baby changing mat so that you can hang the baby changing bag while sorting baby out. Definitely can't fit a puschair in the bathroom area. The booking time was good, we took the first out of 3 sessions, and there's plenty to do in the allotted time. Overall highly recommend and can't wait to come back once baby is able to move independently.

Being allocated a table for each person was great idea. Food wise there’s dairy and gluten free snacks available. Coffee is delicious! The soft play bit, excellent I thought, great layout, various sections that offer different activities. The under 3s is great too. My drop in star, only two toilets in ladies and one in gents so many queues at times, I’d happily go back again and again! Staff were amazing too, so friendly!!
