About Premier Inn Swindon North

Premier Inn Swindon North is a modern, two-floor hotel on Broad Bush, built in the practical, low-slung style typical of the brand, with 109 rooms arranged for easy access rather than grand staircases or period charm. It sits well for the A419, making it a convenient stop for business visits to Swindon or leisure trips onward into the Cotswolds.

Rooms are en suite and noted for being generously sized, with drinks available in room and accessible rooms on offer for those who need them. A restaurant and bar handle evening meals, and breakfast is served with a good range of options. Free on-site parking is available via a barrier system, with a code issued at reception to exit, and there's an electric vehicle charge point for those who need to top up. That said, some rooms can suffer from noise, and a few bathrooms have been found in less than pristine condition, so it's worth flagging any issues to staff, who are consistently described as friendly and helpful.

Outside the hotel there's plenty to fill an evening or a day off, with golf, fishing, horse riding and entertainment all nearby, alongside a choice of pubs and restaurants for those who'd rather eat out. It works equally well as a functional overnight stop or a base for exploring further afield.

Dated rooms but clean. Thoughtful provision of electric fan that proved very efficient. We paid less than 60 pounds for the room and breakfast. So good value for us we only stayed one night. Hotel Manager (Kevin? )Very welcoming. Pub next door reasonable Sunday lunch. Breakfast much better. The hotel certainly needs a major face lift but that would not put me off from staying again. If it's just passing through then give it try.

We had a very pleasant experience overall. While the rooms are a little dated in terms of décor, they were clean and comfortable. What truly made this stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. Kenny, the manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He genuinely seemed to care about the guests and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after. Because of the comfort, cleanliness, and especially the outstanding hospitality, I happily give this hotel a 5-star review and would definitely return.

We had to stay here for two weeks after a house fire and we’ve loved our stay. The rooms were clean and ok for what we needed standard premier inn decor etc. Big shout out to Kenny he is the happiest person I think I have ever met and always made sure we were ok and had everything we needed and our kids loved him. Nothing was too much for him! Thank you for making the worst time of our lives bearable :)

This is an older Premier inn but we knew this when booking. Rhe staff were friendly. Went when hot and aware no air-con but still too hot, they tried to help with new fan in room but still too hot. They had cold water in reception which great and ice lolly helped
